Rangers Savant was created in April 2024 by Will Raines as an effort to post original video content about the Texas Rangers. Since the inception of the brand, it has since grown to over 12,000 followers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

The Savant Shop was created for two reasons: To create fun and original merch pertaining to the Rangers Savant brand, and to begin the process of building this account into a recognizable brand.

Will resides in DFW and posts content multiple times per week on Instagram and TikTok. Will also is in the process of creating a fan-made documentary on the Texas Rangers 2023 title run.
